Privacy policy

withcolette.ai is the website for Colette, a product in development by Pototo Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Right now the site does one thing: it lets you join a waitlist. This policy covers that. When Colette launches, the product will ship with its own privacy policy.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the time you signed up. That is the only personal data this site collects. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no advertising.

How we use it

We'll send you an email when Colette launches, and we may send a small number of major product updates before then. We do not sell or share the list with anyone. Emails are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated by us.

Removal

To be removed from the waitlist at any time, email hello@pototo.studio from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete it.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like most hosting infrastructure, Cloudflare may process technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.
